Solaire Medical
Real-time visibility into cabinet and supply use, access, permissions, and reordering.
Disconnected Care
Hospitals are full of expensive, infection-sensitive equipment — and almost none of it talks to each other. Endoscopes used in procedures must be cleaned, dried, and tracked before they're safe to reuse, but nurses, doctors, and custodians each need different information and different levels of access to the same cabinet.
Without a connected system, staff had to physically check cabinet screens to see if a scope was ready, administrators had no reliable audit trail of who opened what and when, and supply reorders happened reactively. Smart locks existed, but programming each one individually meant an IT headache every time a staff member joined or left. The cabinets were doing their jobs. The people managing them were flying blind.
Leveling Up
We didn't just want to connect cabinets to the internet — we wanted to make the people responsible for those cabinets genuinely more capable.
Clear Visibility
Innerspace Cloud connects Ventaire endoscopy cabinets and InterConnect Plus locks to a single AWS-backed web platform that each user sees through the lens of their role. A charge nurse or doctor gets physical cabinet access and scope availability at a glance. A supply tech gets maintenance alerts and reorder prompts. An administrator gets a full audit log, user management controls, and reports — without touching a single cabinet.
Groups let facilities organize cabinets by floor, department, or access policy, so a locked-down pharmacy and an open supply closet can coexist in the same system without confusion. When a scope is drying, the dashboard shows it. When a filter needs replacing, the platform flags it. When a new staff member joins, their access is provisioned once — not pushed to dozens of individual lock panels.
